By being a part of Fastrack Groups you can embark on a journey to a more profitable business by meeting with like-minded travel agency owners together with a qualified business coach on a regular basis.

Why join a Fastrack Group?
Our group coaching program is very different to the performance or business networking groups that are presently available to travel agents. Firstly each group will be coaching by a professional business coach not a facilitator. Secondly the focus will not be just on the benchmarking of financials each time we meet and ideas exchanging. During each group coaching session your Business Coach will provide you with not just an education but also with lots of new ideas, strategies and the best practices of the top travel agents from Australia and around the world.

Who will be your Business Coach?
Fastrack Groups will be coached by Australia's No.1 travel agency business coach and mentor, Adrian Caruso. Adrian has helped hundreds of travel agency owners across Australia catapult their profits. How many people in each fastrack group?
Your Fastrack Group will normally consist of 10 members who are like minded non-competing travel agency business owners and/or managers. Knowledge sharing is a great way to learn with each event designed so that you maximize your potential, build your business, build your network, build your profit and build your knowledge.

How long does the program run for?
fastrack groups are run over a 12 month period and consists of six one full-day group coaching session plus a telephone conference for members in between sessions. The topics we will cover include everything from setting your goals and vision right through to team building, marketing, sales and many of the basic fundamentals you need to that teach how to get your business really moving. It will show you how to work on your business rather than in it and help you avoid the common pitfalls most travel business owners make. It's like getting a semester of business education but it's all proven in the real world and ready for you to implement immediately, so you can focus on what you can do today to get your business moving.

When and where are the fastrack groups being run?
fastrack groups will be run in all capital cities in Australia and most regional centres beginning early February 2009.

Not close to a Capital City or Regional Centre? Then join our fastrack tele-group!
If you cannot join one of the Fastrack Groups in any centre due to distance, then you will be eligible to join one of our fastrack tele-groups. These groups are run exactly like a fastrack group coaching session but is held over the telephone and web. You will be receive the same inclusions as a normal fastrack group except the coaching sessions will be held over the telephone more frequently with other group members and material will be shared over the internet at the same time during each session.

How to apply to join a fastrack group?
We are now accepting Expressions of Interest from travel agency owners and/or managers to join our fastrack groups in all capital cities in Australia and regional centres. How much do I have to invest and what will I receive?
For an initial investment of $900 plus $200 per month over a 12 month period (total $3300 for 12 months) you will receive:

• 6 x full-day business coaching and mentoring sessions by a qualified fastrack business coach (not a facilitator) every 8 weeks
• Up to 2 hours each month critiquing your marketing, business systems, logistics or team building pieces
• 6 workbooks packed full of useful information and templates
• Access to your own group BLOG
• Telephone conference between sessions to check how members are doing with their goals
• An ideas exchange each coaching session to share knowledge and experiences
• Benchmarking of each members business financial results and KPI's against each other in the group AND the best in the industry
• Goal setting session making each group member set goals for the following two months and holding each other accountable for achieving them
• Networking, guidance, support and feedback from within the group
• Increase in business profitability — or we will refund your investment in the program in full
